This beer features invasive blackberry (Rubus Iaciniatus) and burdock root (Arctium spp) that are emerging and expanding in Stanley Park. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe added blackberry puree during the fermentation process, and burdock root in the kettle to provide the earthy notes.
