This is a super drinkable clean er inspired by the birds around Stanley Park. In collaboration with the Stanley Park Ecology Society, we brewed a pale lager with pounds of spruce tips - one of the Blue Herons favourite snacks! The result is a crispy lager with notes of lemon, berry, herbal tea, and rosemary.
Available for pick up only. Fresh for up to three days (unopened). Once opened consume within 24 hours.
